DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Nicolas Eggers earned the rank of Eagle Scout on March 14, 2025. Nicholas’ Eagle Scout project removed an existing older flag plaza and installed a larger flag plaza of the United States Armed Forces at the Ocala-Marion County Veterans Memorial Park. This flag plaza now honors all eight United States Armed Forces. Nicholas raised the funds and got donated labor and materials to complete this project.
