DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Tillman and Associates Engineering, LLC, on behalf of Adena GC Holdings, LLC, has filed an application to amend the Adena Golf and Country Club (Adena GCC) Planned Unit Development (PUD) to add an additional development type and to revise the PUD development standards. The Adena GCC PUD is approved for up to a total of 236 residential dwelling units in a combination of single-family detached and multiple-family dwellings. The PUD Amendment proposes adding a duplex/townhome development type to provide for single-family attached residential unit in addition to the existing approved residential unit types. The revisions propose development standards for the new housing type and propose revisions to existing development types along with adding non-residential development standards.

 

Staff recommends approval of the request subject to development conditions. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to agree with staff’s findings and recommendation, and recommended approval unanimously.
