DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On March 5, 2025, the Board approved a contract for Utilities Maintenance Mowing with Southern Lawn Care Mid Florida, Inc.
Contract Amendment 1, being presented for consideration today, adds 11 new lift station sites: Freedom Commons Phases 3 & 4; McGinley Landing; Freedom Crossing Phase 2; Copperleaf; The Centers; I-75 Northbound Rest Area; Oak Bend mobile home park; WEC Estates; Sabana Farms; Sunset Hills Phase 2; and Summer Pointe Village Phase 1. Services will be provided at the unit cost of $30 per location per service.
Attached for review is a draft contract. Following approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to Southern Lawn Care Mid Florida, Inc., for signature and upon return, will be forwarded to the County Attorney, Clerk, and Chairman for signatures.

Motion to approve and allow staff to issue the contract, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the contract with Southern Lawn Care Mid Florida, Inc. under 25B-061.
