DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Reallocation of $165,000 from BL760541-599101 (Reserve for Contingencies) to BL400541-564101 (Machinery & Equipment) to cover the replacement cost of an OCE dump truck (TD-22) that was involved in a documented traffic incident in August of 2020 and was deemed a total loss. This unit is a critical piece of equipment for maintenance operations. Insurance is expected to pay approximately $40,000 which will be deposited into a revenue account, as appropriate.
