DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Public Safety Communications is requesting to transfer funds to Contract Services Staff Leasing from the respective personnel accounts. Completion of this transfer will accommodate payment to Ad-Vance Personnel Services regarding payroll expenses for approximately 2 employees for twelve weeks. This transfer is necessary as the budget for Contract Services Staff Leasing is dependent upon the annually approved full time equivalent (FTE) budget.
