DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The recommended meeting schedule for the calendar year 2026 (attached) was developed by staff, in coordination with the Clerk’s office, and takes into consideration observed County holidays and dates that the Board has traditionally canceled or rescheduled.
Approval of the annual schedule of meetings allows for advance planning and proper notice of meetings at the beginning of each year. The Board maintains flexibility to schedule, cancel, or reschedule any meetings, should the need arise.
