DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On September 17, 2025, the County entered into contract 25BE-150 with Central Florida Water Testing, LLC d/b/a Plant Technicians (Plant Technicians) for Coliform Bac-T and E. Coli analysis.
Contract Amendment 1 modifies the agreement to clarify the original intent regarding the contract term. This amendment will delete Section 3, Term, of the agreement in its entirety and replace it with language establishing an initial term commencing on September 17, 2025, and continuing through September 16, 2028. Upon mutual written agreement, the parties may renew the agreement for up to two (2) additional two-year terms. This amendment does not modify the scope of services or compensation under the agreement.
A draft contract amendment is attached for review. Following approval at today’s meeting the agreement will be sent to Central Florida Water Testing, LLC d/b/a/Plant Technicians for signature, and upon approval by Legal, it will be forwarded to the Clerk and Chairman for signatures.
