DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On August 6, 2019, the Board awarded a contract to Warrior Supply Depot, Inc. for the purchase of Active Wear for Fire Personnel. The active wear includes items such as T-shirts, sweatpants, sweatshirts, hats, and related items with embroidery/silk screening with logos, etc. The supplier performed satisfactorily under the terms and conditions of the original agreement during the initial term. This contract amendment requests renewal of the agreement for the first of two (2) available two (2) year renewals ending August 31, 2023.
Attached for review is a draft of the contract amendment; pending approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to Warrior Supply for signature and upon return, will be forwarded for the County Attorney’s, Clerk’s, and Chairman’s signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; estimated annual expenditure of $50,000 as approved in FY 21/22 budget. Future fiscal year’s estimated expenditures will vary based on actual need, but shall not exceed each fiscal year’s approved budgeted amounts and shall be based on contracted unit costs.

Motion to approve and allow staff to issue, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman to execute the contract amendment with Warrior Supply Depot, Inc. for work under 19B-204.
