DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

220510Z - Ocala SW 80th Avenue, LLC. Joseph Tabshe, 4912 Turnbury Wood Drive, Tampa, FL 33647, request a Zoning Change, Articles 2 and 4, of the Marion County Land Development Code, from A-1 (General Agriculture) to PUD (Planned Unit Development), for all permitted uses, including a proposed 408-unit single-family residential development with 240-units of townhomes (total of 648 units) (Ocala SW 80th Avenue), on an approximate 132.26 Acre Tract, on Parcel Account Numbers 35460-037-00, 35476-000-00, 35477-000-00, 35479-001-00, and 35479-003-00.

Recommended action

Both Staff and the P&Z Commission recommend approval with development conditions (ON CONSENT). This item will be presented to the BCC for approval during the adoption hearing for the accompanying large scale application 22-L05.
