W. James Gooding III, on behalf of Anjana Singh, has applied to rezone a 1.68-acre property in Summerfield, FL, from General Agriculture (A-1) to Residential Estate (R-E), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2. The subject property has a Low Residential (LR) land use designation and is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (PSPOZ). The subject property is located within the (Little) Lake Weir Environmentally Sensitive Overlay Zone (ESOZ). The rezoning request is in response to an illegal division used to create the subject property in 2005/2006.
