DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Tillman & Associates, LLC., on behalf of property owners, Sandy Clay LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 119.75-acre parcel on the southeast corner of SE 92nd Loop and SE 110th Street Rd., from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.31. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as well as the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (P-SPOZ). The proposed PUD includes a maximum of up to 442 Single-Family dwellings.
