DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County is modernizing its information and referral services by transitioning from the traditional 211 call center model to a real-time, web-based directory called The Right Service at the Right Time. This change, effective July 1, 2025, reflects the shift toward more accessible, 24/7 digital tools. The new online directory will be managed by the Marion County Public Library.
