DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
To more effectively use available funding, several adjustments have been made to Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) projects in the recent past to remove Transportation Maintenance funds from projects when they are not backed up with grant funds. These projects have had their funding replaced with other sources. This adjustment transfers the total removed TM project funds from Improvements - Road and Bridge to Reserve for Contingencies
