DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:Animal Services is requesting to transfer funds from Regular Salaries and Wages. Funds will be available as a result of having vacant positions. Moving funds to Other Salaries and Wages to cover relocation expenses. Additional funds are needed in Rentals and Leases - Equipment to purchase additional GPS units for vehicles that were included in FY 2024 budget.
