DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The original quote for the project at US 27 and NW 70th Septic to Sewer (Castro Plaza) included a generator to be purchased by the contractor. Subsequently, Procurement was able to secure one for a $20,000 savings. The property owner has prepaid the estimated difference between the grant amount and has approved this change. Since the generator is portable, it must be coded to CIP Equipment rather than CIP Construction. This is a one-time request.
