DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a purchase agreement for Project Parcel 1 (Tax Parcel 8007-1021-16) associated with the SW 49th Avenue South, Segment A Road Improvement Project in the amount of $13,000 plus closing costs. This is a whole take acquisition of a vacant residential parcel consisting of 0.26 acres (11,148 square feet). There is cost savings recognized in this acquisition by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.

Neutral; expenditure of $13,000 plus closing costs (Sales Tax Fund - VJ738541-561301).
