DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County Fire Rescue was awarded $96,902 for the State Homeland Security Grant. An executed Federally-Funded Subaward and Grant Agreement (Contract Number: R0184) between Marion County Fire Rescue and the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management. Funds are being increased for this award, as well as the corresponding expenditure line items for Training & Education (555501), Travel & Per Diem (540101), Operating Supplies (552108), Computer Hardware (552116) and Machinery & Equipment (564101).
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase Fire Rescue and EMS Fund appropriation by $96,902.
