DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Special Operations Division had planned for the purchase of Air Monitoring Detection Devices and a Smith Detection Guardian in the budget under Machinery & Equipment (564101). However, the prices of the items were below the capital threshold and therefore, the funds are now being transferred to the Operating Supplies line item (552108) in order to purchase the items out of the correct account code.
