DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On April 19, 2021, the Development Review Committee approved the Final Plat for the Canopy Oaks Phase II Replat subdivision and recommended that the Board approves and authorizes execution by the Chair and the Clerk. This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County and contains seven (7) lots and two (2) tracts on 39.85 acres with zero (0) miles of road.
