DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a First Amendment to Agreement Concerning Conveyance of Right of Way and Related Matters between Marion County and Golden Ocala Equestrian Land, LLC et al, related to the Golden Ocala Development including the World Equestrian Center (GO-WEC). The Original Agreement was approved by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on December 16, 2020 and has an Effective Date of January 19, 2021. The amendment addresses the correction of scrivener’s errors in legal descriptions for Fee Simple Parcels 1 and 4 and eliminates the need to obtain a Drainage Retention Area Easement and associated Drainage Easement.
