DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Service Agreement 19-SA-02 requires the Owner to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service to their lot. The line constructed to serve the owner’s lot on the accompanying Addendum identifies the certified construction cost for three (3) additional benefitting parcels along the route of the water line extension.
