DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Service Agreement 19-SA-05 requires Premier Home Investments, LLC to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service to their two (2) lots. The extension constructed to serve the owner’s parcel on the accompanying Addendum identifies the certified construction cost for nine (9) additional benefitting parcels along the extension route.
