DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Resolution by Petitioner R.L.R. Investments, LLC to vacate a portion of the plat of West End Ocala, as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 57, in accordance with F.S. Chapter 177. The Petitioner requests to vacate various lot(s) (or portions of) lying within the boundaries of Parcel 21630-002-01 and Parcel 21630-005-00. This Plat Vacation will clear any existing encroachments and allow for future development. This request was considered by the Development Review Committee on March 8, 2021 and it was the Committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.

Motion to adopt a Resolution to vacate a portion of the plat of West End Ocala, as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 57 and to authorize the Chair and Clerk to execute the same.
