DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request to declare a portion of Tract ‘I’ located in Palm Cay, Plat Book Y, Page 49-52 lying adjacent to Parcel 35770-055021 as surplus and authorize the sale between Marion County and NSC 26 HWY 200, LLC in the amount of $146.92 plus closing costs.  Tract ‘I’ is a one foot (1’) strip that was deeded to Marion County in association with the development of the above mentioned plat in order to help control access until the adjacent property is divided or developed.  This tract is not needed for public purpose and Staff recommends approval of this sale.

Sale of Surplus Land - AA00364 - 364022 - $146.92
