DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Reallocation of $185,000 from BL760541-599101 (Reserve for Contingencies) to BL400541-564101 (Machinery & Equipment) to cover replacement cost of an OCE patch truck (APT-8) that was involved in a documented traffic incident in February 2021. The unit was deemed a total loss. This unit is a critical piece of equipment for maintenance operations. Insurance is expected to pay approximately $150,000 which will be deposited into a revenue account, as appropriate.
