DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On May 3, 2021, the Development Review Committee approved the Final Plat for the Weybourne Landing Phase 1C subdivision and recommended that the Board approves and authorizes execution by the Chair and the Clerk. This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County and contains 119 lots and four (4) tracts on 42.26 acres with 1.01 miles of private road.
