DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Main Extension Connection 21-SA-02-O requires the Owner to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service their lot. The extension constructed to serve the Owner’s lot will also create a benefit for eight (8) additional parcels along the route of the water line extension.
