DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
At the October 20, 2020 Board meeting, BAR 2021-01-601 was approved to move $7,500 from the Utilities department operating supplies (552108) to Machinery and Equipment (564101) based upon the projected expense of the item. Upon requisitioning the replacement 5800 Refrigerated Sampler for the Utilities department, Finance determined that since this was a replacement and, based on policy, it does not need to be a capital item. We are, therefore, requesting to reverse the $7,500 of funds be transferred back to the original object line items.
