DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

On May 4, 2021, the Board awarded the City of Ocala $250,000 in ESG-Coronavirus (CV) grant funds.

 

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) offered all grantees an extension to expend ESG-CV from May 4, 2022 to September 30, 2023.

 

This amendment reduces the award from $250,000 to $117,000, amends the Scope of Work for the addition of an Outreach/Referral Specialist, a vehicle, and a laptop to facilitate outreach activities, and extends the term of the agreement from September 30, 2021, through September 30, 2023. The City of Ocala may be reimbursed for eligible project expenses retroactively to September 30, 2021. Expenses for the Outreach Referral Specialist may be reimbursed effective September 30, 2022.
