DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The enclosed Award Agreement is for the renewal of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistant Grant (JAG). Federal funds will be utilized to provide drug screening to Marion County Youth Court Programs, including Teen Court, Dependency Court and Juvenile Treatment Court. The form requires signature from the BCC Chair to accept the funding.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Grant revenue in the amount of $10,000. Matching funds are not required.
