DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Clerk of Court and Comptroller is requesting additional funds for costs related to the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) process. The Clerk's Office has implemented new software to streamline the VAB process and as a result there have been additional costs associated with training regarding the Axia software. Additionally, the number of petitions and late petitions that must be processed has increased resulting in a need for additional funds.
