DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
At the November 21, 2023 Board meeting, the Assistant County Administrator presented an option for the Board to approve moving $650,000 of unassigned ARPA funding to the Short Water Line program. This measure was passed unanimously. There are properties which have been identified to meet the requirements of the Short Water Line program. This request is to move those funds from Non-Operating ARPA to the Short Water Line Fund. This is a one-time request.
