Growth Services requests to schedule Monday, April 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. as a planning and zoning hearing date for consideration of case number 240306ZP - On Top of the World Communities LLC, zoning change from Community Business (B-2) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for 22.63 acres on parcel account numbers 3530-1001-07 (portion) and 35300-100004. This meeting date is necessary to accommodate the current case load and anticipated public participation.
