DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
At its October 5, 2021 meeting, the Board approved a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (KHA), for program management services pertaining to the implementation of multiple utility projects through 2026 under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and grant funding under the program. Under this task order, KHA will provide the construction phase engineering services for Phase II of the Marion Oaks Water Main Extension, to include construction administration and inspection, as well as construction phase ARPA compliance and program management through the completion of this project.
A copy of KHA’s proposal, including the scope of work, is attached for review and will become part of the project file and backup to the purchase order.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $150,130. Funding from line FF449536-563102 (American Rescue Plan - SLFRF). Project Code UTCEXT002.
