DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request seeking approval of an Indemnification Agreement associated with Land Development Code Section 2.18.4.E, which allows for up to 10% of the total lots to be constructed in a subdivision prior to recording the Final Plat. The five (5) conditions outlined in the proposed Indemnification Agreement have been met and the County Attorney’s office has approved the proposed agreement for Pioneer Ranch Phase 2 Subdivision. This will allow up to 18 individual building permits to be issued prior to Final Plat approval.
This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County and contains 189 lots and three (3) tracts on 57.42 acres with 1.31 miles of private roads.
