DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Marion County Airport needs to transfer funds into repairs maintenance building and grounds for the purchase of new point of sale system (POS) for the self-service fuel station. The Department aligned funding in machinery and equipment previously through budgeted funds and a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant for this purchase. But after further review from the Finance Department the funding needs to be moved into building and grounds as this expense aligns with this purchase type. This transfer will cover the current expense for the purchase of the new point of sale system.
