DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On the March 5, 2024 BCC agenda, a purchase order agreement was submitted and executed to apply for funding for the Coordinated Opioid Recovery Network of Addiction Care with Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. dba LSF Health Systems. This executed agreement was signed by the vendor and the amount of $181,052 was approved for the program, which will allow for the payment of a portion of loaded salary for the Advanced Practitioner position that was created, equipment, medical supplies, operating supplies, and software. The items that are being requested under Machinery & Equipment are as follows: 1 vehicle (including decals), 2 portable radios, 1 mobile radio and office partitions.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund appropriation by $181,052.
