DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to declare a portion of Tract ‘H’ & ‘I’ located in Palm Cay, Plat Book Y, Page 49-52 lying adjacent to Parcel 35770-055-20 and parcel 35770-055-21 as surplus and authorize the sale between Marion County and PC 200-2, LLC in the amount of $743.90 plus closing costs. Tract ‘H’ & ‘I’ are one foot (1’) strips that was deeded to Marion County in association with the development of the above mentioned plat in order to help control access until the adjacent property is divided or developed. These tracts are not needed for public purpose and Staff recommends approval of this sale.
